Employee Performance Management Made Simple!

The problem with many EPM systems is that they're so complicated!  They place a huge training burden on you and your staff BEFORE YOU EVEN BEGIN!

 

With Scoreboard, you can get started in minutes.  All you need to do is:

 

1. Sign up for your FREE account. Enroll up to 8 employees FREE and try Scoreboard for yourself.  If you like the application and want to expand it to your entire company, you may do so at any time, without losing any data.  The signup process takes about 20 seconds.

 

2. Configure your process and customize your company Scoreboard site.. Answer a few simple questions to configure your process. Primarily, these questions determine what schedule you wish to enforce with respect to goals due dates, interim performance reviews and year end performance review dates. Optionally you can manage performance processes based upon hire dates. Customize your Scoreboard site by uploading your company logo.

 

3. Write performance expectations for your team and invite them to the process. Scoreboard automatically generates email invitations with instructions, userid, password and a link to your company Scoreboard site. We provide screenshots, demos and videos on How to Write a SMART Goal, so your team can get started immediately, without a lot of in house training.

 

4. Scoreboard will remind your staff when their goals are due, as well as provide a 15 day warning before Performance Assessments are due to be completed. You manage the entire process from your Dashboard.  One screen identifies who has tasks due, who is late and who is current.  All due dates are automatically monitored by Scoreboard, which issues email reminders to employees and managers, keeping the process on track.

 

5. At year end (or whenever your EPM processes conclude), Scoreboard can archive the performance information for you. You may print out a hard copy at any time and Scoreboard can "roll forward" previous goals for the coming year, allowing your employees to edit as required, rather than starting from scratch.

We've shown a record of a typical manager - in this case Jenna Anderson. Notice that Scoreboard's layout keeps all the information she needs in one convenient layout.


Jenna's personal information is in one spot. All of the narrative related to her performance process, her Manager's expectations, her own SMART Goals, her performance reviews and various notes relating to her progress, all appear in one location.


To the right are listed all of her Direct Reports. To access one of her subordinate's records, she need only click on their name.


Need to make a change (edit) some information? Just click on the "edit" link, an edit box pops up and you're ready to go. Once you've completed your update, click the "save" button and your record is instantly updated.
